Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 77plus ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 77plus platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the 77plus platform.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 77plus platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses or uses any part of the 77plus website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the 77plus Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You have read and understood these Terms in full;
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law;
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
- All information you provide to 77plus is accurate, current, and complete.
Your continued use of the 77plus Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirement
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 77plus platform. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 77plus, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 77plus, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
- You are not self-excluded from gambling platforms under any PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion program;
- You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law, court order, or regulatory directive;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
Age Verification
77plus reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or Voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by 77plus may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. All deposits made by underage users will be returned to the original payment source, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.
3 Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 77plus platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Registration Requirements
When registering for a 77plus account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
- A valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, DITO, or other local carriers);
- A valid email address that you own and regularly access;
- Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
- A secure password meeting the platform's minimum security requirements.
Account Accuracy
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your registered details change — particularly your mobile number or email address — you must update your account promptly. 77plus is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including failure to receive OTP codes or account recovery communications.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
77plus is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal functions suspended until verification is complete.
4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77plus account credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any biometric authentication data. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service;
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
- Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent 77plus support;
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
- Notify 77plus immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
77plus will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
All activity conducted through your 77plus account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. 77plus is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
77plus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):
- E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
- Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
- Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts
Payment Method Notice: 77plus does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Attempting to deposit via prohibited methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger a compliance review of your account.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit on 77plus is ₱50. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered 77plus account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:
- GCash / PayMaya: Within 60 minutes of approval during operating hours
- Bank Transfer: 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving bank
- Debit Card: 1–5 banking days
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 77plus account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. 77plus reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.
Currency
All transactions on the 77plus platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 77plus does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 77plus may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only;
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms;
- 77plus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the account(s) involved will be subject to suspension;
- In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering requirements, the decision of 77plus is final.
7 Gameplay Rules
All games available on the 77plus platform — including slots, live casino games, sports betting, bingo, and any other gaming products — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
- All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers;
- Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed;
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 77plus reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account;
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface;
- Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet;
- 77plus reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77plus platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the platform;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using the platform while under 21 years of age;
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain;
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77plus staff or other players through any communication channel.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the 77plus platform — including but not limited to the 77plus brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77plus or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 77plus platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent;
- Use the 77plus brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without authorization;
- Create derivative works based on any platform content;
- Use platform content for any commercial purpose.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77plus shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where the player failed to maintain adequate account security;
- Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions);
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
- Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content;
- Any third-party actions, including payment processor delays or failures.
Nothing in these Terms limits 77plus's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
11 Responsible Gaming
Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop. If gambling is negatively affecting your life or the lives of those around you, please use the responsible gaming tools available on 77plus or seek professional help immediately.
77plus is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing;
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Suspension & Termination
77plus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of Philippine law;
- Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority;
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your 77plus account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
13 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:
- Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), as amended;
- Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended;
- Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012);
- Republic Act No. 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act of 2000).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
14 Amendments
77plus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 77plus platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
