3 Data We Collect
77plus collects the following categories of personal data:
3.1 Identity & Contact Data
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID;
- Date of birth (to verify you are 21 years of age or older);
- Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, DITO, or other local carriers);
- Email address;
- Residential address (province, city/municipality).
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data
- Government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, Voter's ID, or equivalent);
- Selfie or facial photograph for identity matching;
- Proof of address documentation where required;
- Source-of-funds documentation for high-value accounts as required by AMLC regulations.
3.3 Financial Data
- GCash or PayMaya account number (masked);
- Bank account details for bank transfer transactions (masked);
- Transaction history including deposits, withdrawals, and gaming activity;
- Bonus and promotional credit history.
3.4 Technical & Usage Data
- IP address and approximate geolocation;
- Device type, operating system, and browser information;

7 Data Sharing & Disclosure
77plus does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data only in the following circumstances:
7.1 Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements, including:
- Payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, partner banks) for transaction processing;
- KYC and identity verification providers for age and identity checks;
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers for platform operation;

7.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of the assets of 77plus, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy. You will be notified of any such transfer in advance.
No Cross-Platform Data Sales: 77plus will never sell your personal data — including your name, contact details, gaming history, or financial information — to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party for commercial purposes unrelated to the operation of the 77plus platform.
8 Data Retention
77plus retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply:

12 Children's Privacy
The 77plus platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. 77plus does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the personal data, and return any deposited funds to the original payment source.

13 Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of the third-party service providers engaged by 77plus — including cloud infrastructure providers and KYC verification services — may process personal data outside of the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, 77plus ensures that:

- Appropriate safeguards are in place, such as contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission, or

14 Policy Updates
77plus may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. When material changes are made, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page;
- Notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable;
- Where required by law, seek fresh consent for any new processing activities.
Your continued use of the 77plus platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
